Admin Panel needs your work certificate

Your browser didn’t send the Bolt admin certificate, so we can’t let you in yet. This is almost always quick to fix — pick the case that matches you below.

It worked before / I saw a certificate popup

If a “Select a certificate” popup appeared and you clicked Cancel (or it flashed and disappeared), the browser remembers that choice until it restarts.

  1. Copy this address, paste it into the address bar and press Enter — the browser restarts and all your tabs come back: chrome://restart
  2. Open admin-panel.bolt.eu again.
  3. When the certificate popup appears, select your certificate and press OK. If asked for a password, use your computer login password and choose Always Allow.

In a hurry? A new Incognito / Private window usually works immediately.

I never set up a certificate / new laptop / it may have expired

  1. Never installed one? Follow the installation guide.
  2. Expired or new laptop? Request a new certificate.
Technical details

The server did not receive a client TLS certificate with this request. If your certificate is installed and trusted but this page keeps appearing after a browser restart, contact IT support.
